COMBIOTIC YOGURT STARTER CULTURE
This product especially recommended for babies (5 to 12 months old), children and for anyone who has an extra sensitive digestive system.

Product description:
1 starter pack can ferment 1 to 5 litre of milk.
It is a single-use natural starter.
This starter does not contain grain and can be produced only for 1 time.
Re-culturing is possible.
* Prevents and used in conjunction with diarrhoea;
* Safe to use with colic, constipation, Crohn's, IBD, IBS, lactose sensitivity, ulcerative colitis;
* Most cost effect health supplementation!
* Natural defence against many opportunistic pathogens such as candida and yeast.
* Great during and after the antibiotic treatment.
HOW TO USE:
1. Boil the milk for about 15-20 minutes.
2. Wait until it goes down to 45-47 Celsius.
3. For the PRE-ACTIVATION, use one pack in a half a glass of lukewarm milk, mix it well; wait at least 30 minutes. If you are going to make your own yoghurt first time, we do recommend you to add 1 teaspoon of natural yoghurt into the PRE-ACTIVATION milk. For the next time, use your own made yoghurt for the same process.
4. Add pre-activated milk into the main milk pot (45-47°C). We do suggest you use small cups like a size for your daily intake. Make sure you are closing the lid well after making it ready.
5. Give about 7-8 hours for the full activation and getting the form.
6. Please make sure you are prepared to keep the pot in a certain warm atmosphere for a 45-47°C and wrap it up your pot with the external support. If you have a yoghurt maker machines then you do not need to worry.
7. At the end of the fermentation process completed, place your pot into the fridge.
8. You can enjoy your COMBIOTIC YOGHURT keeping it in the fridge after 6-12 hours.
