Making Yoghurt Information:
1. Boil the milk for 15-20 minutes.
2. Let it cool down to 45-47 degrees, which is the fermentation temperature.
3. For pre-activation, add the whole packet of Gastrobiotic Yoghurt Yeast into a tea glass of warm milk. Melt well by mixing. Wait at least 30 minutes.
4. Stir the yeast dissolved in a tea glass into the milk at 45-47 degrees fermentation temperature. We recommend that you ferment it in small containers according to your daily consumption. Make sure to close the lid of the container or jar in which you are fermenting.
5. The fermentation time is between 8-10 hours. Wait for complete clotting.
6. Create an environment to keep the 45-47 degree temperature constant during the fermentation period or wrap around your container in a way that does not lose its heat.
7. At the end of the fermentation period, put your yogurt in the refrigerator.
8. After 6-12 hours, you can take it out of the refrigerator and consume your Gastrobiotic yogurt.
