Consumption Recommendation:

If you want to consume the Psychobiotic product directly, you can first add it to milk, fruit/vegetable juice or puree in a portion scale. If you want to consume it by activating: Add it to pasteurised dairy milk from 1 Lt - 5 Lt or to compotes made of fruits/vegetables at ambient temperature and mix. It should be activated by keeping it in closed jars for 4-6 hours in summer and 6-8 hours in winter. Then it should be placed in the refrigerator and consumed as 1 portion per meal.
